Lisa, Leo’s sister, has been a part of Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers for almost 40 years. She was one of the founding members when our company was just starting out. Lisa is a fountain of knowledge about everything to do with new and vintage fine jewelry and Swiss watches. Her personal shopping skills are second to none, and she really enjoys finding the perfect piece that will make her clients smile. When she’s not at work, Lisa loves taking road trips and spending time with her daughters, Taylor and Callen, and her grandchildren Noah, Little Ricky, and Elaina.

Teri has been on staff with Leo Hamel’s for 30 years and has worked in the jewelry industry for 50 years, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. Teri has been #1 in the world for Hearts On Fire® Global Retail Sales six years in a row. In 2020 she was give the highest award Hearts on Fire ever awarded, the ALL STAR AWARD out of 32 countries and over 5000 salespeople only 1 other sales professionals have ever achieved this award. She has also been a Hearts On Fire® Sales Champion for the last 14 consecutive years. She has completed the diamond course from the Diamond Council of America, and is currently a member of the Delta Theta Chi Philanthropic Sorority. Teri and her husband, Steve, are avid wine enthusiasts, who enjoy taking trips to wine countries and adding to their collection. They also enjoy supporting their daughter, Ari, in her Musical Theater career.

Bianca has worked for Leo Hamel’s since high school; and has been a sales professional for the last 12 years. She has been fortunate enough to work in many different departments within the company which has allowed her a well-rounded and extensive knowledge of both watches and jewelry. She loves creating personal relationships with her customers and helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry that they will cherish forever. When not at the store, she loves spending time with her husband Derek, her twin boys Ryder and Jager and her 3 doggies.

Bianca has worked for Leo Hamel’s since high school; and has been a sales professional for the last 12 years. Her passion is fine jewelry and watches, and she especially loves seeing the unique antique pieces that come in every day. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband AJ, playing bingo, and attending charity events.

Jennifer grew up learning about antiques, collectibles, mining, and prospecting from her father. While a teenager, she was in the Junior Division at The San Diego Mineral and Gem Society where she took cabochon lapidary and silver fabrication classes. She also later completed The San Diego Mineral and Gem Society’s gemology course. She began buying and selling antique jewelry at the age of 15, and spent over 20 years working in the antiques and collectibles field. Jennifer has been with LHFJ for 17 years, and manager of the repair department for 15 years. She has worked closely with many talented jewelers over the years to develop an extensive understanding of fabrication, repair, and custom design of jewelry. Jennifer spends her personal time doing ancestry research, gardening, and enjoying life in America’s Finest City.

Kayla Harrington is a GIA trained Gemologist and has been an estate buyer for Leo Hamel since 2015. She enjoys being an estate buyer because she gets to see such a wide variety of interesting pieces of jewelry from all different eras. Kayla is an animal lover and currently volunteers for a French Bulldog rescue organization.

He has a special passion for watches and vintage period jewelry. JP is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business. He enjoys the sandy beaches of San Diego, exploring new restaurants around town, travelling, and live music.
